Charlie graduated from Miami University, Oxford OH and the University of
Southern California and is a Retired Submarine Officer. After retiring
from the Navy as a Program Manager with the Defense Communications Agency, Mr.
Gragg developed an Oracle based Automated Testing System (ATS) in support of the
IRS's Tax System Modernization (TSM) effort.
While managing a 14 Member Quality Team for Oracle
Corporation’s Emerging Technologies Group, Charlie saw a need for addressing wide-ranging customer dissatisfaction
and subsequently started SEAS, Inc.
Since 1997 Charlie has led SEAS in providing services
to DynCorp, Ft Rucker AL Aviation Maintenance, GRCI, NAS Patuxent River, AT&T, Department of Commerce PTO,
Antin Engineering, Wolf Systems, eWorthy Systems, Dimension Data, Hospira, Fresenius Medical Care, ProPharma Group, Johnson & Johnson, Zimmer Holdings, Black Diamond Networks, Baxter Hospital Products, Obalon, Medtronic and Advantu.
From 2001-2010 Mr. Gragg was an Adjunct faculty member in the School of Business
Administration at California State University San Marcos, CA teaching Systems
Analysis and Design and Information Systems in both the Undergraduate and MBA programs.
Charlie frequently presents at both software and quality conferences.
